Because what redheads want, redheads get.
Also, office pranks can get really elaborate sometimes.

Because what do you do with leftover Halloween pumpkins?
Around here we paint ’em black, fill ’em with blood, and blow ’em to bits.
Because, y’know, tradition.
Pumpkins are great for this because they are already full of stringy glop and seeds and stuff that just adds to the overall effect. Plus our special blood formula (brightened a bit for the purposes of the video) is marvelously glutinous and creates these huge translucent sheets of flying gore.
You might think that this would make a tremendous mess.
You would be right.

Disinformation is an art form unto itself.
Started reading this page yesterday. Some really cool concepts here! Though it would make more sense to me for ghost-Sophie to be wearing what she was at death.
A valid viewpoint, certainly. Another traditional portrayal is for ghosts to appear in their burial shrouds. Personally, my experience throughout life is that girls wear what they want, and apparently Sophie’s choosing to get all down with the diaphanous, at least for now.
I actually tried Daniel’s approach on Sophie initially and it just didn’t read well. I eventually decided that the tattered shroud was the best route because it shows a lot of skin. But don’t expect this to hold true for deceased male characters.
For which I will be thankful, should it occur!
I would like to point out that the wall happens to be what the good doctor is staring at right now.
Nah, he’s looking at the picture on his phone.
